Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site assembly and installation of modular units, ensuring seamless integration.
- Manage sub-contractors and on-site staff to maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Coordinate with factory production teams to ensure delivery schedules are met flawlessly.
- Conduct quality control inspections at every stage of the installation process.
- Lead on-site problem-solving to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction leadership.
- Proven track record with modular or off-site construction preferred.
- Deep understanding of energy-efficient building standards and modern methods of construction (MMC).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
